Fabulous And Well-Made

I love this item. I wore it over a pair of pants with a tank and it was cute. It is a little snug in the bust area but I’m top heavy so I would go up a size if you want to wear it as a jacket and dress if you are top heavy. Nonetheless, a beautiful and well made item.
